DOUBLE TRANSPORT FOOT

The Double Transport Singer foot has its own set of jaws that work in conjunction with the lower feeding system of the sewing machine to improve fabric flow.
This is especially important when sewing multiple layers of fabric, such as in quilting.
The Double Transport foot Singer "pulls" the upper layer or layers of fabric at the same speed as the lower claws of the machine are pulling the lower layers or layers of fabric.
The foot is wonderful for fabrics that stretch or slip easily, such as velvet or fustian.
You will not believe how useful this foot is also for sewing traditionally difficult fabrics such as the throw.
Use it to combine throws, velvets, suede, ultra-heavy fabrics and other fur fabrics.
