Stabilizer " Cut - Aways "

Special perforated thermal film to be cut or removed with an iron. Ideal for embroidering coats of arms on dry-cleaning fabrics.

Instructions for use of SUPER FILM: SUPER FILM is a heat-soluble film with which it is possible to embroider on extremely delicate and elastic fabrics, as well as on wool fabrics. SUPER FILM is very useful for embroidering badges and logos without fabric.

Badge and logo embroidery: Cut SUPER FILM from the roll to the desired length and fix it in the embroidery hoop. Depending on the structure of the embroidery, use multiple layers of foil. If a layer is used, the smooth part of the film should be placed at the top.

With two layers, place the rough parts on top of each other from time to time, with 3 layers place the rough side on the smooth side of the second layer. Then embroider the desired badge/logo. After embroidery, peel off the badge/logo from SUPER FILM. Dissolve the film residues with an iron or a heat press. When ironing, do not leave the iron stationary but guide it over the embroidery with circular movements.

The ironing temperature should be raised with caution. With the heat press, leave the embroidery in the press for about 10 – 20 seconds at a temperature of about 120 ° C.

Embroidery on delicate and elastic fabrics: cut SUPER FILM from the roll to the desired length and place it under the fabric to be embroidered. Fix both in the embroidery hoop. After embroidery, carefully cut off the excess film.
Dissolve any residue, as described above.
