Self-adhesive tear-off stabilizer.
Secure the fabrics to be embroidered without hoops.
Ideal for delicate fabrics such as velvet, leather, jersey.

Instructions for use of COTTON FIX: COTTON FIX has a self-adhesive coating on one side, protected with a removable sheet of paper.

Machine embroidery: Cut COTTON FIX from the roll to the desired length and secure it in the embroidery hoop with the protective film facing upwards. Carefully cut a diagonal cross into the middle of the protective film with the tip of the scissors. Caution: Only engrave the protective film, not the stabilizer. Remove the protective film slightly more than the pattern that is to be embroidered. Place the fabric on the adhesive surface and press down firmly. After embroidery, carefully remove the fabric from the protector – the embroidery comes off the protector by itself.

Quilting: With COTTON FIX, quilt designs that consist only of outlines (e.g. hearts or circles) can be transferred to a quilt very easily. To do this, draw the quilt pattern with a pencil on the side of the film. Cut the pattern along the edge, peel off the protective film and stick the pattern on the fabric. Quilt along the outer side of the pattern and remove the COTTON FIX when finished.

Hand application: Transfer the application motif onto the protective film of COTTON FIX and cut out. Peel off the protective film and stick the pattern on the right side of the fabric. Cut out the pattern by adding a seam of about 5 mm and sew on the
fabric with small stitches-appliqué and fold away the appliqué allowance itself. After application, peel off COTTON FIX from the fabric.

Indication: Always store COTTON FIX tightly closed in the guard. This will protect your stabilizer from dirt, moisture and heat.
