Pfaff 620116896 Gathering foot

This foot is used for gathering skirts, yokes and ruffles on skirts, etc. This presser foot is suitable for sewing two fabrics together by gathering the top of the fabric in one operation.

Preparing the Machine

• Needle: Left or right, or both
• Stitch type: Three-wire overlock or four-wire overlock
• Staple length: 3-5 mm
• Differential: Curl position
• Upper knife: Working position

Execution

1. Place the two layers of fabric on the machine with the separation plate (A) between the upper and lower fabric.
2. Sew 2 or 3 stitches.
3. Hold and guide the top and bottom fabric lightly, keeping them apart while sewing.
