Pfaff 620117396 Trimmings foot

This presser foot is used for sewing threads (ropes, nylon gut) up to a thickness of 1.0 mm. This produces a scalloped or stiffer hem (e.g. on wedding dresses and valance).

Prepare the machine:

• Needle: Right Needle
• Stitch type: Rolled hem wrapped with two-strand lower looper thread or rolled hem with three-strand upper looper thread.
• Stitch length: 2 mm
• Differential Power Lever: Normal Position
• Upper knife: Working position

Sew

• Place the fabric under the presser foot.
• Thread the cable (or nylon casing) through the slot (A) and under the finger (B) of the presser foot.
• Try sewing on a piece of fabric before you start sewing
