Narrow zipper foot

Apply the tight zipper foot for sewing in contact with the zipper teeth, with the snaps, ribbons, beaded ribbons, etc. The presser foot can be inserted to the right or left of the needle, and the grooves on the bottom hold the fabric in a special way for perfect transport. To sew a zipper with flap on a seam:

• Baste the zipper seam.
  
  
• Select the straight stitch with the needle in the center. Insert the narrow zipper foot to the left of the needle.
  
  
• Make a small fold on the seam allowance on one side and place the zipper right side up under the folded edge. Start sewing from the bottom of the zipper, along the narrow edge working your way up to the edge of the fabric.
  
  
• Fold the edge of the opposite fabric and the seam allowance over the zipper.
  
  
• Insert the narrow zipper foot to the left of the needle. Starting on the right side, sew under the bottom of the zipper working your way up to the edge of the fabric.
  
  
• Remove the basting with a seam ripper.
