Foot with central slat

Guide the restitching. Guide the strips applied to one edge or two strips sewn together.

Edge/seam: Straight stitch, needle left, length 2-4.

  • Attach the foot with the center slat.
  • Place the edge of the fabric against the flange/guide. Sew.

Riveting: Straight stitch, needle in the middle, length 2-4.

  • Attach the foot with the center slat.
  • Align the flange/guide with the riveting. Sew.

Seam: 3-point zig zag, or assembly stitch, length 2-3, width 4-6.

  • Place two pieces of fabric or strips, one on each side from the presser foot guide/flange.
  • Sew. Hold the fabric/strip against the flange/guide to assemble.
