This all-metal presser foot, with a large front opening, allows you to thread and sew easily when you want to quilt and embroider free-motion.
- Remove the presser foot shank and the standard presser foot from the machine.
- Place the free-motion quilting foot on the presser foot bar. Screw it into place with the accessory thumbscrew.
- Lower the jaws and set the presser foot pressure to the "darning" position
- For group 7, choose menu V, press the freehand knit V1 or the freehand zigzag stitch V2.
- Place the free-motion quilting hoop on the quilt or fabric and sew. Advance the quilt or fabric steadily to achieve even seams.
