Husqvarna Viking 68017593 EPIC Q Sensor Foot

The Q foot is suitable for free-motion embroidery and stitching, quilting and embroidery on thin or spongy special fabrics. Apply the Q foot for free-motion patchwork on padding, free-motion and embedded embroidery on fabric with padding, thick towels and in case of thick embroidery thread or in the presence of a lot of decorative thread on the fabric.

For the Sapphire Series, select Free-Motion Spring Action from the Set menu. For the DESIGNER™ Series, select Sensor Q Foot in the Set menu.

• Remove the presser foot shank and attach the Sensor Q foot.
• Bring the bobbin thread up to the top by making a stitch.
• Lower the presser foot.
• Sew, moving the fabric as desired to quilt the fabric or create a free-motion design. Move the fabric in a smooth motion, moving the fabric faster as the speed of the machine increases. You're creating the stitch length as you move the fabric.
