- Insert the sewing foot into the adjustable slot. Thread with matching or invisible thread at the top and thread to match the quilt in the bobbin.
- Place the fabric to be sewn under the presser foot by aligning the guide in the center of the presser foot with the seam. The guide will automatically fall on the underside of the seam and cause it to sew perfectly along the quilt or binding seam.
- If the stitch is not in the seam, you can move the needle up to three positions to the left or right to get the stitch perfectly aligned.
- To rotate 1/4 inch (6 mm) from the end, stop sewing when the front line of the presser foot is level with the edge of the fabric.
