She sews a decorative hem on sheer and very thin fabrics such as evening dresses, lingerie and scarves. Zig zag stitch, length 3, width 3.

• Apply the 2 mm hemming foot.
• Iron a rolled hem (the width of the tunnel on the underside of the presser foot) into the first 2.5 cm of the hem.
• Place the hem under the presser foot and sew several stitches along the edge of the hem.
• Stop with the needle in the fabric, lift the presser foot, and pull the edge of the fabric upwards by inserting it into the presser foot guide/slider.
• Lower the presser foot and continue sewing. Do not forcibly roll up the edge of the fabric, but simply hold it in place vertically.
