Husqvarna Viking 413337145 Multi-line decorative foot

Use the Multiline Decorative Foot to create even hems with decorative stitches, or as a guide for patterns and side-to-side stitches. Guides are provided to rotate at 6 mm and 12 mm angles.

Decorative hems :

• Thread a decorative or sewing thread for the needle and a sewing thread into the bobbin into the machine.
• Choose a decorative stitch.
• Engage the Multiline Decorative Foot.
• Draw a line on the fabric in the center of the area where the sewing will be performed, using the pictogram pen.
• Place the hook-and-loop stabilizer under the fabric. Align the presser foot with the line that you drew using the middle red line of the presser foot. Sew the first decorative row.
• Choose another decorative stitch.
• Move the fabric to the left. Decide the distance between the lines.
• Use the horizontal red lines to match the beginning of each line.
• Sew the next row using the red line on the presser foot as a guide.
• Mirror the stitch and move the fabric to the right of the center stitch. Sew on the right side.
• Continue with other stitches to create a wider hem.
• Tear off the stabilizer.

Patterns or lateral movement stitches:

• Thread a decorative or sewing thread for the needle and a sewing thread into the bobbin into the machine.
• Choose a Fantasigram or a sideways movement stitch.
• Engage the Multiline Decorative Foot.
• To ensure a straight sewing line, draw a line on the fabric with the Pictograph Pen in the center stitch.
• Place the fabric with the hook-and-loop stabilizer under the presser foot.
• Sew carefully and let the machine control the transport.
• Keep the drawn lines and the vertical red lines on either side of the presser foot parallel to each other.
• Tear off the stabilizer.
