Husqvarna Viking 413340845 Interchangeable decorative foot guide

The interchangeable walking foot has been fine-tuned to evenly carry different layers of fabric and/or padding.

It is perfect for quilting and for sewing velvet, elastic fabrics, imitation leather and patterned fabrics to be precisely matched. The interchangeable decorative guide foot is used for the Stitch-in-the-ditch technique along a sewing line of decorative stitches. The metal guide in the center of the presser foot helps guide the fabric.

• Engage the interchangeable double feed on the machine:
  
  at. Remove the foot attachment by unscrewing the attachment screw.
  b. Place the Interchangeable Walking Foot on the machine from behind, placing the fork on the needle lock screw. Screw the interchangeable Walking Foot onto the Feed Foot bar with the attachment screw.
  c. With the foot bar in place, place the Interchangeable Decorative Guide Foot under the Interchangeable Dual Feed (Presser Foot).
  
  
• Push the Decorative Guide Foot up so that it clicks into place.
  
  
• Select a decorative stitch.
  
  
• Place the fabric to be sewn under the presser foot by aligning the guide in the center of the presser foot with the seam line. (Stitch-in-the-ditch means to sew in the finished seam line.)
  
  
• Sew keeping the seam line aligned.
