Husqvarna Viking 920302096 Double spur foot with guide

It's easy to sew wonderful decorations with this special presser foot. Use the double spur foot and a 1.6 double needle to create three-dimensional flat stitches. The threads of the two spurs are guided by the presser foot when sewing the stitch.

• Insert a double needle 1.6.
• Thread with two spools of 40 wt rayon yarn. on the needles and embroidery thread or ordinary sewing thread on the bobbin. The yarns can be the same color or two different colors.
• Place the straight end of the Guide into hole 3. on top of the foot attachment. Tighten the screw (on some models) to hold the rail in place.
• Thread the strands of the spurs into the gathered ends 4. to Q of the guide and insert them into the guides in front of the foot. Then tuck them back under and into the grooves on the bottom of the presser foot.
• Engage the presser foot.
• Place the spools or wire lengths of the 6. Spurs so that they slide evenly into the presser foot while sewing.
• Select a narrow flat stitch, set the length to 0.4-0.6 mm, and the width to 7.1.5 mm. (On some machines, select a narrower, denser zigzag stitch.)
• Use a fabric marker and draw a pattern on the fabric. Sew following the 8. lines drawn. The model will be highlighted with the three-dimensional flat stitch. If necessary, use the stabilizer.

Tip: If the machine allows, place both spools vertically to achieve even thread feed.
