This presser foot is used to sew the edge of the fabric by folding it twice to a narrow width (approx. 3 mm). It is used to trim ruffles and handkerchief edges.

The spiral guide of this foot rolls the edge of the fabric to create a tight rolled hem. This presser foot can be used on light to medium fabrics.
