Aerofil represents the new generation of sewing yarns of the MADEIRA and is the result of a new production process thanks to which a high-quality double twisting polyester becomes a sewing yarn of excellent quality. Aerofil is produced at the MADEIRA observing the strictest quality and environmental protocols and has Oko-Tex certification.

High breaking strength and excellent uniformity guarantee optimal processing characteristics for sewing work, where accuracy, temperature resistance and great seam tightness are required. The special structure of its surface guarantees resistance to rubbing and unparalleled uniformity in sewing on all sewing machines, overlockers and collar (cover stitch).
